Once every two weeks, a small group of people working through real career changes meets for a 75-minute coaching call. Between calls, an online group keeps the conversation going.
It runs on a quarterly basis. You set your milestones at the start, we work towards them together across the quarter, and at the end you decide whether to continue.
Q3 2026 runs from July to September.
Looking for one-to-one coaching instead? See the Focus and Integrate pathways.
Working through change alongside other people does something that solo coaching doesn't quite replicate.
At the start of Q3, you set your quarterly milestones. We break those down into what needs to happen in the next two weeks, and that becomes the rhythm.
Calls aren't motivational. They're working sessions.
You'll be expected to show up having done what you said you'd do, or ready to talk honestly about why you didn't. Both are useful. One is just more comfortable than the other.
The mix of people matters too. Everyone in the group is navigating some version of a career change, so the conversations tend to be practical and specific rather than abstract.
I've been part of Kris's group coaching programme since 2023 and it's been both genuinely enjoyable and valuable. The structure creates real accountability too: we reflect on progress and commit to clear goals between sessions, turning intention into action.
Charlotte T — ItalyA really lovely group of people from all walks of life with a shared commitment to supporting each other. The fortnightly sessions create a nice rhythm and keep everyone's goals and commitments front of mind.
Anna B — MelbourneThis programme tends to attract people who are:
You don't need a fully formed plan before joining. You do need to be ready to work on one.
That covers all six group coaching sessions and access to the online accountability group throughout Q3.
The price is intentionally accessible. This isn't a one-to-one coaching retainer. It's a group coaching programme, and it's priced so that commitment is the real barrier, not cost. If you join, I want it to be because you're ready to engage, not because you felt you had to justify the spend first.
At the end of Q3, you decide whether to continue into Q4. There's no automatic renewal.
Small enough that everyone gets airtime in every session and large enough that the conversations have variety. Typically six to eight people per cohort. Spaces fill quickly, which is why there's an application process rather than open enrolment.
Life happens. The online group keeps you connected between calls, and you can drop in there whenever you want to update the group on what's moving. Missing the occasional session won't derail you. Missing several would, and we'd have an honest conversation about whether the timing is right.
Spaces are kept small enough that the group actually works, which means there are only a handful of places each quarter. Applying is a small commitment in itself: it costs nothing, and it signals you're ready to engage.
Drop me a message with a few sentences about what you're working on and why group coaching appeals to you right now. Also let me know your timezone and general availability for bi-weekly calls.
I'll do my best to schedule calls at a time that works for as many people as possible across timezones, though a perfect fit for everyone isn't always possible.
