A little more about me.

Kris Verlé

I'm a career coach. I help professionals raise their standards, get unstuck, and become more deliberate about the careers they're building.

For the past 12+ years, I've coached professionals in law, Big Tech, PR, politics, and the creative industries, as well as artists, founders, and small business owners.

I often work with expats who live in fascinating corners of the planet, and a few based in less-than-thrilling places. Having lived all over Europe and Asia for the past twenty-five years, I understand first-hand that expat life isn't always the glamour and glitz it's often made out to be.

As a gay man, I naturally work with many clients from the LGBTQ+ community, although gender or sexual preference is never a factor in who I choose to work with.

I'm credentialled by the International Coaching Federation at PCC level, and an ACE-accredited Master Executive Coach. I have over 5,000 coaching hours behind me, and I keep investing in my own professional development so I can stay at the front of the field.

Outside the professional setting, you're most likely to find me at a local improv theatre pretending I'm funny, on a padel court pretending I can hold a racket, or at an electronic music event pretending I'm a little younger than I look.

Before becoming a coach, I worked as a political and media adviser in UK politics for over 15 years. All too often, I saw the old joke play out: politics is the art of postponing decisions until they're no longer relevant. So don't be a politician. Invest in yourself, set your goals, commit to them, and take action.
